Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
All products sold through SezHub are digital products (Discord role access, memberships, software licenses, and digital tools). Because digital products are delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final by default.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be issued in the following situations:
- Non-delivery: You were charged but did not receive access to the purchased product within 24 hours.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Technical failure: A verified technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing the product.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Violation of the seller's or Discord's terms resulting in access removal.
- Purchases where access was successfully granted and used.
- Subscription renewals where cancellation was not requested before the renewal date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at veyracord@gmail.com with:
- Your order ID or Stripe payment receipt.
- The email address used at checkout.
- A brief description of the issue.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
