1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SezHub ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SezHub is a digital product marketplace that allows Discord server owners ("Sellers") to list and sell digital products — including Discord role access, memberships, software licenses, and digital tools — to their community members ("Buyers"). SezHub processes payments and facilitates access delivery but is not a party to transactions between Sellers and Buyers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use this Platform. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Seller Accounts

  • Sellers must provide accurate business and contact information.
  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
  • Sellers must fulfill all purchases promptly. Failure to deliver purchased products may result in account suspension.
  • Sellers may not list products that violate applicable law or Stripe's Prohibited Businesses policy.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed by Stripe. SezHub retains a platform fee of 25% of each transaction. Sellers receive 75% of the sale price, net of any applicable taxes or Stripe processing fees. Payouts are subject to Stripe's payout schedule and the Seller's account standing.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Sell illegal products or services.
  • Misrepresent products or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or payment processing.

7. Digital Products — No Physical Goods

All products sold through SezHub are digital in nature. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery of digital products (such as Discord role assignment) occurs automatically upon confirmed payment.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the Platform or its users. Sellers may terminate their account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

SezHub is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SezHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to SezHub in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
